The current state and development prospects of Ukrainian transport infrastructure and its ability to provide international transit transportation are considered. The innovative solutions market in the field of transport flows management is analyzed. It is proposed to use multi-agent technologies, based on artificial intelligence, to control the connecting elements and objects of the transport flow in the international transport corridors network.
